What to Bring

Photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant imaging or lab results from referring physicians.

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. Our front desk team will guide you through the check-in process.

Your First Visit

Expect a thorough neurological examination and a detailed discussion of your medical history. New patient consultations typically last 45–60 minutes.

Referrals

A referral from your primary care physician is appreciated but not always required. Self-referrals are welcome — just call us to schedule.

Telehealth Available

Follow-up visits and certain consultations can be conducted via secure telehealth. Ask our scheduling team about telehealth eligibility.
